What is the closest to xsmall adult t-shirts in kids size?
I'd like to know this because I want to buy a few t-shirts for me but I cannot find x-small easily so I'd have to go find kids stuff which is messed up..
Tees that is
Youth large (and in some brands Youth extra large)
are also labeled as 12/14 or 16/18.
In some brands, the larger youth is cut from the same 'tube' of material used for adult small-just shorter and with smaller sleeves and tighter neck.
Tee shirts are made from a 'tube' of cloth-that's why there is no seams down the sides.
One size 'tube' is youth X larger and adult small, medium and large are the next size, XL , XXL, etc. all use larger and larger 'tubes' for the shirt.
American Apparel will have what you want-their shirts and tops are all sized for 'junior' body sizes, not normal 'adult unisex' sizes.
