Research Group Shirt
What do you think about friends that copy you?
Apparently, I have a group a friends that lack style, a taste in good music and humor. For example, when I buy something, (a shirt for example) I tell them that I'm going to buy it, then they're all like, "AWW DUDE! THAT SHIRTS SO COOL! WHAT COMPANY IS THAT?!", I take my music and my clothing really seriously so I don't tell him, but he goes out of his way to research online the brand that's on my shirt I was wearing the same day and buys the shirt before me because he has the money for it with his rich a$$ parents. He thinks he's been on that sh!t since day one which pisses me off. Same goes with my music, I show him one track and he googles that sh!t and downloads every song he sees thinking he's been on that sh!t since day one also, he goes, "DUDE! I was listening to LB before you did!". No. He didn't, I showed it to him. And same goes with my humor, I say something funny, all the time and they go all in my face copying me and always saying it like they came up with it!
Imitation is the best form of flattery.
Dude, chill. Next time he takes your joke just sarcastically laugh like, "Oh ho ho ho! Never heard that one before!"
But for reals, it's happened to all of us. He'll find his niche soon enough, until then take it as a compliment. Think how many people steal Chris Rock's jokes or Ashton Kutcher's clothes. A lot. And everyone is stealing Daniel Radcliffe's music because he published them as an image stunt. So there. I like computer chairs. They're spinny.
