Abercrombie men hoodie sizing?

Hey! I'm from Greece (so no A&F store anywhere near) and I want to order the Averill Peak Sweater off the abercrombie site along with a hoody. I heard that you should get a size larger since they run small? Is this true? I'm normally a Medium, chest size : about 96 cm. That means I'm at the minimun req. for a medium, 5 cm off a large. Should I get the medium? Will the size be ok? THANKS!!!
