i like the song comme des enfants by coeur de pirate, but i don't know what it means. when i use an online translator, i don't understand what it's about (surprises).

Here it is. As in many songs, don't expect it to make a whole lot of sense! It's what is called poetic license. In any case, you're quite right, no electronic translator could translate poetry, and moch less, a song with a lot of idiomatic expression.
