Can I be sued if I recreate a Copyrighted character such as Mickey Mouse or someone and I sell it?
I ma in the airbrushing t shirts business and So far ive created my own characters and sayings. I want to airbrush famous characters to help bring in more income. Example would be maybe a caricature of a famous person or famous cartoon. If I myself redraw and paint them on shirts, Can I be sued?
